give the prize to surfers so that signup ratio go down and the webmasters make more money

for all those programs which give the prize to the webmaster this is the way you should do it.

It's the bright yellow button right smack dab in the middle of the site. It's surrounded by nothing so you probably missed it in all the clutter. It's the one that says "All access pass"
