I was told that I have to verify my account.
They asked for 2 things for verification. I scanned and sent them. 10 days later they replied, we need this too (not mentioned in previous email). Have you ever called them and given them the feeling like you aren't going anywhere so they should fix it and get you off the phone?
Also, always ask them their name and employee number so they know they cannot and should not just hang up on you. |
