They can't even do a tar file right. |

Have you tried their message board? It was a good idea but 3 weeks ago I posted a question and as of last week the response was: "We are looking into this and seeing how we could properly implement. It may take a while for development time. Take care" 3 WEEKS! Good work guys  *not to mention this weeks downtime. |

LOL On two separate occassions one tech guy hung up on me. the last being last night when I asked him (after he knows my whole situation) what do you want me to put in the support ticket. his reply was something like you are asking an opened ended question. Good bye. Click. I may actually have a tech that can install rsynch for me as the bsd version I have wont compile it (vers 4 something).... Never thought leaving a hosting company would be this bad. Getting setup there was bad enough. The host I left from actually had to transfer the files. usually it's the other way around.... Then let's not even mention that the DNS was not setup correctly when I FINALLY got my domains there... |

What a shame abostonboy they used to be tops.
My problem is that I moved many clients over to them and so far they haven't had issues just me. I would contact Mike directly. |

And even better I owuld expect it to be installed on a server or if not installed on a server at least have the server's OS be up to date anough to at least compile the damn thing... Server migration starts at 7pm Friday nite. First file hits new server at 3:17 am Monday morning.... This was almost as bad as the downtime I had with webair when they fucked the dns when I sent my client there. A mess getting there and a mess leaving.... Damned if you do. Damned if you don't. |
