Specifically the city of Putian in the Fujian province? Or know how to contact someone from teh local police department?

A close friend of mine got scammed by some Chinese seller that lives there and has all the guys contact info... which is why i never order anything unless the place is within driving distance so if i dont get it, i can personally show up to their door

Bossku, depending on the circumstances, you are either dealing with someone who knows the head of local security or a company he owns. Unless it is really a huge pile of money, write it off as an experience and move on. Complaining to the police in china for the most part is like pissing into the wind.

Thats what I figured, but thought i would ask. I told him to dispute the charge, but his CC company said he screwed because it went through Western Union and told him to contact the local police in that area.
