Had that happen a long time ago. We were collecting e-mail addresses for a company back in 99, and one day, the stats went from 130 a day range, to between 1 and 10 a day. and very rarely as high as 10, and they said that we should try new banners. This happened over night, not over a period of months.

It´s a common problem, isn´t it? you should have asked how often a rep has replied as promised, much easier to answer.
