interesting stuff. I have read it quickly, and I will re-read it. I am certainly interested in the areas such as:

(viii) Any program, file, data stream or other material which contains viruses, worms, "Trojan horses" or any other destructive feature, regardless whether damage is intended or unintended, which may cause damage to any computer equipment, loss or corruption of data or programs or inconvenience to any person.

vii and viii are both very interesting indeed. Does that mean that any sites like, say, stile or similar cannot promote the program because they use copyright material without full permissions?

It is acceptable to buy traffic from Zango, but not install it?

Also (iv) basically says that any TGP's/MGP's operated by non-US people, who aren't legally required to comply with 2257, are not allowed to send traffic from those pages.

Wonder if buying traffic from Zango isn't MUCH more profitable for them than to keep a bunch of affiliates onboard?

My guess is that it is more of a legal cover in case they get sued. Can always try and say "hey, it's against our TOS so didn't mean to accept it".
