there's no use to fix any program on the outlook . to deal with the spam you need to work with your stmp server .
I managed to reduce my daily spam emails from 600 to 30 by blocking spam networks in the server that handles my email |

if your looking for an amazing solution, i've deployed a few of these for various customers using exchange and a unix mail service. some people even still use this + symantec anti-spam/anti-virus. blocks everything that needs to be blocked and neverhad a anything blocked that wasn't supose to be.
