after the tests:
you'd better compress that file... i've made 2.27MB/s downloading it, which is not bad at all, but you'd better make archive .tar.gz file... and who said anything about savvis? all i see is pure cogent bw... though, the hardware itself is worth the price!

although why compress our file if 2.27mb was made on our cogent bandwidth only, the savvis will rock ;)
