What?s been the best way for your promoting? Money Making?..
Ok, another interesting topic? What has been the best way for you to promote a given site that gives you the option of a % per sign up and recurring for life or xxx$ amount per sign up?
In one hand, you get 50/60 % of a sign up, and recurring? Which works out to lets say $15 to start, now you just have to hope they say for a few months to get a good return? In the next had, you can sell a 3 day trial membership for fuck all and get $25 or more straight off the bat, but if they stay a member, you see no more? There may be other ways, but this is the main 2 I deal with?. Its like Sophie?s choice !!!! |

This was asked an answered a week or so ago.
Most people chimed in that it depends on the site, and it's backend. If it updates often, has good content, webby's pick the recurring %. If that is not offered, and they have a good frontend, it's sign up only. ![]() |

I prefer % over $. This means I get paid $ until the % amount exceeds the $ that's been paid. From then on they pay me the difference and keep on paying % until $ amount is more again. Do this with lots of sponsors.. everything's possible if you have what they need.

Depends on niche, targeting and traffic, not even touching on the what to look for in the sponsor, there is no best way, its whats best for each situation and each niche or traffic grab.

It depends not only on the sponsor but the site you are pormoting as well. I will do revshare on every site that has a decent conversion rate simply because in the long run you make more money that way.
I know a lot of people are PPS...take the money and run..but think about it. If a sponsor offers $30 PPS on a trial and is doing very well how are they making money? Obviously through rebilling..hence that is where the money is. With revshare on a site that has good conversion/retention, your recurring database builds and builds over time. Eventually you may have hundreds, if not thousands of people that are rebilling for you. So if you send 10 sales to a PPS sponsor a week, you get $300...send it to a Revshare and over time you might get $150 per week for those 10 sales, but get an additional $1,000 in rebills just by having a recurring database of about 250 people in it. Over the long run, revshare does pay far more on good sites. |
