Thumbnailer can do that; they have a "text overlay" feauture under the advanced options.
It's also the best gallery maker I've ever used; it can pump out hundreds of galleries in minutes with html templates and all. It's not free though. Last time I checked it was $25. http://www.smalleranimals.com |
