Conversion Cash converts very well for me, i think they have teen sites but i personally work with amatures.

We don't have any free teen sites but we do have 3 teen sites that are availible for a trail of 5 days for 7?90 (about 7 bucks) which includes 20 minutes of Live show direct from Paris or with dialers at excellent rates. These sites turn over excellent traffic.
