I am not a customer of rackshack, but I came across this post, and thought some of you may be interested in this if you were planning on hosting with them:

it seems if you host with a cogent-only company, you get cogent levels of support =)

Rackshack buys only a tiny fraction of their bandwidth from cogentco. They also have links to Time-Warner/Verio/Savvis/others.

Their support is intended for competent admins. If you are not a compenet admin, do not buy their product.

Whatever. I've had a total of 6 minutes downtime since last december.

Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
