Here's what I need

2IPs non squencial (same class c is fine)
10-20G BW
100-200M storage
PHP 4.1 or greater
MySQL 3.23.23 or greater
mod_rewrite Apache module
direct access to .htaccess (i want to be able to hand edit it)
awstats or webalizer (awstats preferred)

Virtual hosting is fine. I don't need a dedicated/colo box for this

i've already got webair/e5/gotwebhost
