USA CANADIAN or EU Designers Needing Work Read This - GoFuckYourself.com

We are looking to hire a web designer to work long term with our company on a number of design projects. Their has been a lot of talk recently about the pros and cons of out sourcing in Asia ,so I'm throwing the ball out to any EU or US/CANADIAN designers who would be interested in discussing the possibilities of a similar contract to outsourcing, but of course with higher rates than what would be paid to Asian based outsourcing company.

This would be a long term contract, on a self employed basis. We have no problem with offering a contract which clearly outlines the set price in return for a set number of hours worked monthly, and gradual increase of payments etc.

The designer must be able to produce a high standard of clear professional work. and have a current portfolio for us to take a look at. Everything else, questions , ect can be discussed on a 1 to 1 basis.
