if you skin the board you can have a half page ad as a sig?
those mayor money sigs are massive
then there is 2-4 lines of txt under them. so. if you skin the board you can rock shit like that or what?

If you're going to pay couple thousand dollars to skin the board (wich is getting less and less effect and without mayors great promo skills wouldn't have done naything much), I think you can do pretty much everything you ask ;)

regular top banner advertiser = $3k per month or so
skinning = $20k or so probably comes with more privileges for a while too
