MAC users - Need video help!
I just got an email from one of our members saying that some of our mpeg videos are not working with QT in Mac OSX. The error message says "Not a file QT understands".
What could cause this? Also, what windows based sofware should I be using to make MPEGS that will work on both platforms?

Tell him to download the Mac version of Windows Media Player from www.WindowsMediaPlayer.com

My wife encoded and edits with final cut pro with Compressor. No issues playing on mac or windows machines.
