...When they don't repsond to your ICQs? After several attempts to communicate (more than 3) I think it's perfectly acceptable. They obviously don't want to talk to you anymore, right? Or am I just being an asshole?

I would say that if it is 3 times over a period of days, then no, it is just fine.

some of my list is a one time use , people have a special request they want done right away. After a while if I dont remember who they are, I just delete

I delete everyone I haven't corresponded with in 3 months unless I know them really, really well. Some people I delete right after talking to them, lol!
