Shit, I didn't know modifying an animated gif file could be so easy. Works pretty well in Fireworks.

i notice I used the small banana and made it bigger...
where can I get the big version of the banana to avoid the white outline?

This is the master GIF that I use for making them. It has a solid blue background that's pretty easy to knock-out using the "Export Wizard" of FireworksMX.
