www.blogtorrent.com is good. plenty of em out there though, and they don't use too much resource wise.

for you and your friends any shitty pc on dsl will do

for you and your school
mates colleges and there a vds (virtual dedicated server) min 256 mb ram
friends

serious shit 50 000 + 2 x Dual xeon 3.06 4 G ram 1 for http 1 for mysql

but its illegal i don't recommend you to do it its dangerous you need to know a lot of people having fast acces to "stuff" the market is pretty overloaded

(all of these where private (members) site aproximations don't know a lot about public trackers )

I heard he got sued and asked for donations and got like $10k. Did a settlement for a few grand and kept the rest...

$ 35k and he sold his site logs to the mpaa to save his ass (imo lame if you start doing illegal things same as calling names after beeing cought selling dr*gs)
