awstats in cpanel
how do i update them to real time, it says they only update every 24 hours, but that sucks, with my other hosting i could do it...
Any ideas? Evan |

Its an option in WHM that your host needs to enable.

I just got this going myself actually...
"If you want the 'Update now' button, you'll have to edit your AWStats configuration file (usually /home/example/tmp/awstats/awstats.example.com.conf). Look for a parameter called AllowToUpdateStatsFromBrowser. (change the 0 to a 1) After saving your changes you'll have to change the permissions on the file to 444, or else it will be overwritten by the next update." |

awstats uses a lot of system resources. Its a very good program but it uses a lot
