No BS I'f you want to make some $

Hey Guys.

This is to anyone in the NY/NJ/FL Area . I'm in the Home lending Business
(mortgages). What I'm offering is just straight out rediculas Because it's unheard off. Anyone who sends me a potential prospect! that actually closes i'm ready to do all the work and Get this Give anyone who produced this lead A 50% cut subtracted the taxes off course, Basically meaning you can all stick to your Day jobs and make Bank. Listen i can understand this sounds like a total scam but actually i'm not greedy! Think about this in this perspective ? "Better have 50% of something than 100% of Nothing"

I would consider myself like a new Webmaster program. The only way to trust it and make it work is to try it. Honestly speaking i close about 8-10 loans a months with refferals and builders but i know you guys have connects all over the place and if you throw me something outside of my area i'm sure we can get it done aswell.

What i'm really asking is a chance from you guys if in anyway I misslead anyone i will pay double or if i promise something i can't deliver than Bann me from this and everyboard around. The way i work is (I under promise and over deliver). Seriously guys if there are any real guys here who don't mind taking a chance that can turn into something Big! Give me a Holla!

Actually this is the first time that i entered the internet with this type of proposal.I Usually work with real Estate brokers and agents with the 50/50 stuff since I can't do both sell the house aswell as get the mortgage for the prospective client"Conflict of Interest". to tell you the truth I never spammed and don't believe that the way to conduct business . If someone will be interested in your Idea or program they will find you .Again all i'm asking is a chance that can benefit anyone and everyone involved.
Like we say "ONE TIME" U like we continue , u don't we interactively shack hands and part as friends

But thats not the point of this thread is it? No! For the simple fact that you made no extra cash for yourself where as if we went 50/50 on the deal you prolly could have saved 505 on closing costs or mabye even not have paid them @ all!


Ditech is a solid company no doubt about it but i have hundreds of lenders that have better rates and can close faster but @ the end of the day everyone wants to either save $ or make $ that all i'm saying read the intro of the thread then comment!

Depending on what it is you want done. For instance with decent credit i can get a perspective buyer into a home with no money down , no closing costs and no income checks, but what is it that your saying.

My proposal is simple Send me refferals that close and my lawyer will make an addendom in the contract saying i will personally give you 50% off what ever i make Minus the taxes ofcourse. That's all i'm bringing to the table nothing more nothing less.
