				 | I've been there.. it's no fun. Hope you get better real quickly. Simple carbs work well. Oatmeal is bland as shit but it will get you up and running. Add some sugar - white or brown - doesn't matter. Yogurt will get your stomach feeling better pretty quickly as well. Stay away from other dairy products, though. They are hard to digest. Yogurt is OK because of the acidophilus bacteria. |

				 | Forgot to mention - snack on saltines - you need to get some salt back in your system after all the vomiting and resulting dehydration. Of course, get as much water as you can handle |

				 | How do people find out WHAT made them sick? IE: all these people suing Mcdonalds, or some restaurant, how do they know it was that restaurant and not something else they ate? I have a feeling it was either, the steak, the salmon, or the brocolli I had at Olive Garden that made me sick, but Im not sure, and it might've been a TV Dinner I had, or even some cold ass nasty tasting fried chicken I bought from the store.. LOL can a doctor tell? even tho its this late? |

				 | Have some saltines or toast. Don't put too much butter or peanut butter on the toast though. You want simple, bland foods. And not too much.
