while everyone was talking shit to MrPanama for his ridiculous idea's (which was hilarious BTW) i'm still sitting here wondering what to do next with my site. i think this board is great with pretty cool people however i swear you spend too much time talking shit to people who don't even deserve a response and not enough time helping out people you are really trying. so i'm going to give it one more try...

Hello everyone!
I have this site, http://www.devilsdildo.com and i was wondering if you could take a little time to critique it for me. i think i've pretty much covered all the bases except for traffic. i'm barely hitting 100 hits a day. but i'm learning and i'm determined to figure it out soon. i would really appreciate your input and i would really appreciate it if you would go fuck yourself! adult webmaster creeps!

Well - I can tell you put a lot of time into this but I have to say that it is too confusing. Between the dropdowns and the scroll boxes within windows and the new windows for each pic and all the banners.... Yikes. I am a skilled webmaster who knows the tricks and it still took me a while to figure out where to find the pics. Granted, that may be what you are going for but it is not advised with such a young site. As far as traffic goes, I don't see a way to get any through trades with your current layout. I mean, what kind of site is it..?? It doesn't seem like any of the normal sites (tgp,linksite,avs..etc.)

If you put it on dahun.com it would be a monster though

if you want to use your first or index page as a selling page, than try to sell

too much emphasis on the warning and too little attention to sponsors

more variety of banners and replace the drop down sponsor menu (works great on gallery pages when space is at a minimum) with text links

maybe you want to introduce a second page for a full page ad

as The Truth said, i'm not sure what your site is, so it would be in your best interest to make that decision

if it's to be a TGP then your traffic will come from trade links within your gallery lists, either a straight list or one organized into categories

if it's to be a link list or AVS site than generate pages that adhere to the format of that genre

innovation is great, but there are only so many ways you can format a TGP, link list or AVS

most important, try to personalize the page

and there's a thousand other things that can be done but like anything else in life, it comes with experience through trial and error

Use a text link, some do surf with java off ya know?
