I have started this couple of months ago and it really helps with stress and back pains from being in front of computer all the time.

Beauty of it is she comes to our house and me and my gf we get done every 2nd week

If you haven't tried yet you should defenitly try it. Changed my life for the better and it's tax deductible.

I don't go to them or get them regularely from a trained one, but I do get them every once in a while and I totally agree with you. Once I'm out of college this May I'll start payin for one regularely; it's so worth it.

Absolutely. I go to a day spa about once a month. It's totally worth it to relax and pamper yourself every now and then.

I do the exact same as you. Our RMT comes to the house every 2nd Saturday and gives my wife and I 1 hour massages. What a treat. I have been doing it for years and wouldn't give it up.

I was going every other tuesday for a while. I'm now going weekly since taking a nasty fall that screwed up everything I worked so hard to fix in physical therapy.

I get massaged every 2 weeks, I go to the chiropractor once a week, and have a personal trainer once a week.

This shit all works, I feel 10 000 times better and my body is so relaxed it feels great.
