In some ways those kind of sites disturb more just as much as actual cp because of the added sleaze layer of pretending it isn't aimed at the auidence it really is aimed at.

Unfortunately, it's often the parents pushing the kids into this shit. They want their kid to be the next supermodel or whatever and are more than willing to sacrifice the kids in the name of the almighty dollar.

As far as the designer goes, as far as I am concerned, there is no excuse. You pick and choose what contracts you take and which you pass on. Stuff like this should be passed on. If you choose to do it for whatever reason, it definitely should NOT become part of your portfolio, it should be hidden under a rock somewhere.
