Does anyone know of a good little way to get one on one video chat going?

I'm not looking for something like RealSystems commerce edition (nor could I afford it if I wanted it) and I'm not worried about charging for the sessions...yet

but I don't want the sessions to be public.

At this point I just want to pick a lucky sap who comes along at the right time, maybe have them enter a special webpage and give them a free 1 on 1 session with a girl.

Sorta like a porno lottery

Thoughts?

About 2 months ago I noticed several companies such as mplayer/hearme that were licensing out their video/sound chat technology to private companies such as (seesaw.com). You may want to look into 3rd party technology such as theirs. =)
