I know there has been a long time debate on what is "too much" as far as what sites give the surfer for free. . .(tons of hardcore pics, movies, etc.). . All free.

I am new to this board, so I just wanted to get a pulse of what you think.

So. . .What do you think?

Too much hard shoots, pink and hardcore alone. Sponsors allow gallery makers - affiliates to use whatever number of pics they choose per gallery/page. (altho there are a few that we use that tell us the max pics)

The tgp's refuse the softer shoots in their quest to attract and hold more surfers. So the surfers are getting their thirst quenched in alot of cases. TGP's dictate to US, who if we weren't here, they'd wither and die in a week.

The sponsors need to refine their rules so that all the affiliates have to go by the same ones. IE: lower pic numbers 10-12. If they don't do that, then all the banding together the oldtime webmasters or knowing newer ones do, will fail. The newbies thinking they will get rich in a week will simply use high count galleries and will get placed over us on tgp's etc. And it will be status quo. Lowered signups and the knowledgable-skilled masters will get shoved aside. (Simple greed for traffic or cash will ensure the 20-100 pic pages will take over.)

Its a catch 22 since the sponsors don't seem to be hearing us. Example, one guy recently bragged he used 50-100 tn gals to attract and send his traffic to his NON adult sites. Mainstream sites from adult pages?!

I guess I'm not making alot of sense in this. Haven't had the time to actually put together my thoughts. I *do* know the hubby keeps going on with 10 pic gals, a few 12's or 15's. And some up to 20 on our freesites. Keep em clean and make em fast. But low count and not hi rez!

i came up with a limit of thumbs in my rules (25) and instantly got flammed by other webmasters saying that it was ridiculous to set a limit...
anyway to the "too much free content" issue
i think that first the sponsors should give away only softcore content .. the responsible webmasters who pay for content as i do usually keep the hardcore pics inside an avs and not on galleries.
this would reduce the amount of juicy hardcore stuff fed for free to the surfers
one of my best converting gallery was 15 pics of a gal playing with a dildo (not inserting it) then the 15th pic she had the dildo inserted but i crossed the crutial part..the text along the thumbs was saying that at the sponsor's site ...blah...blah...blah..better quality...blah...tons of pics...blah...hardcore stuff..blah..blah..
i think that we all should agree to work like this...but i must admit that sometimes its hard to make a serie gallerie like this out of sponsor content..this is why sometimes even with the best will i have to throw in some hardcore stuff....

The TGP's and pic posts are making a surfer that most of us don't want. Lately, I'm getting 1:40-1:60 sign-ups for my GirlsDotCom site (and, yes, it does have a partnership program). Why would I want TGP traffic? LOL!!!
