:mad Fuck Comcast

(See end for short version)

On June 28th there were two Comcast employees out working on our building ...

All of the sudden, our cable and Internet went down. I ran out and said "Hey, what the fuck?"

They replied: "We don't know, we're just 'auditing lines' .... sorry, nothing they can do."

So we call Comcast, three days later someone comes out and tells us that our line was 'accidentally' disconnected due to a mis-labeling.

Pissed, but not too big a deal. They refunded us for three days service.

Three days ago, our Internet/cable went down again. We called, "There is a service outage in your area". Ok, we wait.

Two days go by, no net, no cable ... we call again.
"There is not and was not a service outage. We'll send someone out." WTF?!?!?!

Today, someone comes out, does a bunch of shit, and can't figure out what's wrong .... we will have to wait 72 hours for an "Outside wire guy" to come out and look at it.

So I go out and start looking around and see a wire hanging there disconnected ... and the construction guys on the nextdoor building say "Hey, does that wire connect to this one over here?" ... I connect it, and BAM, back up.

The fucking guy couldn't even look at the wall and see that the shit was unplugged? We have to wait 72 hrs for an outside wire guy to screw two wires together????

Sorry for the rant, but FUCK COMCAST!

Short Version: FUCK YOU COMCAST YOU LAZY FUCKS.

same thing happened to me

an almost frizzed out cable modem was sending back funky signals so they shut down the cable to my house without letting me know, so i call and i get the bullshit about cable being down, but my neighbor had it so the lady was just dumbstruck, sends out a tech two days later, who turned it back on, then another guy came and turned it off a day later, also not letting me know. this time i call and say i think they shut it off at the pole but didn't notify me, and then when the guy came to replace my modem and turn everything back on, he bitched at me because he got yelled at, because he was the guy who turned it off without notifying me.

Please dont get me started about comcasst. Ohh hell my blood has been boiling because of them for the last month.. Which story should I write about? The time when they told me my outside wire was faulty and ran some jackedup exposed cable in my backyard or when I call tech support because I am without connection and they tell me well I should have a back up dial connection if I need connection everyday. No its really not their responsibility when I make appts and they dont show up. sigh

You should pay us $125 a month, but don't expect anykind of reliability on our end?

I'm not even going to tell my story. I might get too pissed off and smash my keyboard or monitor. I'm getting pissed right now just thinking about all the hell I've been through with that GOD DAMN PIECE OF SHIT COMPANY. SUCK MY FUCKING DICK COMCAST.
