What's a good shopping cart program for physical goods?
I need a good shopping cart for my comic book/collectibles store that incorporates Paypal and credit card processing and will generate invoices and remove items from inventory as they are sold. Any suggestions?

Define good horror stuff. We have 5 retail locations in Indianapolis and about 10,000 sq. ft. of inventory so we have a little of everything.
