				 | You get your checks in US dollars. If you're thinking of moving to Ontario then Toronto is probably the center of things around here. Personally I think you are better off a few hours outside of Toronto though. Cost of living is cheaper and you don't feel like a minority in your own country. |

				 | I'm paying about $1600cdn for a nice place on Nun's Island (Montreal..) you can get places downtown for about $800 (3 1/2.. bedroom, livingroom/kitchen, bathroom..) Calgary's about $800 for a basement suite, $1700 for a bungalow.. vancouver is double that... |

				 | Vancouver is a great place to make a fresh start. That is what I went there to do. Beautiful mountains, ocean and lots of hot girls I had a blast there and I rented a 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the ocean for $1050 (Canuck) a month. I don't consider that much at all! Plus the webmaster community in Vancouver is really good and very active. Lots of people to meet and party with. Anyways good luck! DH |

You'll find Montreal nightclubs filled with American tourists Big difference between nightlife in Montreal, and nightlife in the other cities, is it's more centered in Montreal.. Vancouver has it spread out (but it's very good..) And Calgary is a bit smaller, but still fun, with really hot chicks (check out cowboys... yummmm...) But montreal has a HUGE downtown core filled with clubs.. also remember, you gotta speak french in Montreal (or at least, you'll occasionally be uncomfortable if you don't.. a lot of my friends don't/won't speak much english..) oooh.. and vancouver has a bunch of nice girls too nice tanned, blondes... lot of asians too.. | |
