transferring names (registerfly) - GoFuckYourself.com

I've never had any issues with registerfly before, but recently I sold three domains. The buyer wanted to transfer them to another registrar, so we have been trying to transfer them since the 18th of this month that's over 10 days and they still have not gone through.

Anyone had this kind of problem with them before? I'm pretty disappointed in the way this is playing out I think it's totally ridiculous and unacceptable.

If the buyer requests a transfer to their registrar you should get an "authorization request" email from RegFly (and the current registrar).

I don't know about their transfer-out policy.

... maybe the domain is locked?

got them and the names still haven't transfered, and no the names at least two of them were unlocked but the 3rd said unlocked on my end but his end it said locked.. but ended up having him set up an account at registry fly and transferring that one domain and it magically became unlocked.. I think it's the registrar making it hard to transfer them out..
