Acacia question
Launching a new site soon where I plan to serve both videos for download and for stream and so here comes a (probably frequently asked and newbie) question: Is the Acacia patent international or just US?...

It's valid in around 13 countries I think, check on their site.
However they could of started to chase overseas porn people with their license sales drive. But what they did do was start on another US based industry. If I had to pick either way I would say non US companies are safer. They will not relish the idea of going overseas to enforce this license, it makes more sense to go after more companies in the US. |

 If it ever comes down to paying Acacia or cut out my streams I know what I'll do as well.
