Ok, some CCBill programs were seen having 0, 1, etc... for rebills. Now CCBill says it was a glitch, but many don't believe it was a glitch.

So the best way to find out for sure is this....

If you promoted any of those sites, check your stats and see if you ever got more rebills than what were listed before. Then tell everyone here. If PerfectionCash and others were or weren't cheating, it can easily be found out.

I checked my stats last night and found strong indications of shaving - several hundred signups and only one rebill greater than 3 months from DirectNiche / Bukkake Cash.

Please state what Bukkake Cash had in the admin area concerning rebills before the "glitch" was fixed.
