Second person to use it: me (I goatsed the thread in which The Truth Hurts noted the new "exploit" and explained what it was).
Third person to use it: spamofon (he goatsed the the link hotten thread).
Fourth person to use it: Wildcard (he goatsed The Truth Hurts' thread about it closed)

No idea what happened from there.

It's not an exploit though, just a cheap html/css trick. (div style="top: 25; left: 25; position: absolute;") It just places the image at the specified absolute location. Can be really useful in some designs
