fuck i'm pissed, there's a big movie file i need to download, it's 90MB WMV file - i 'save target as' to save into a folder - I downloaded about 70MB of it, came back and see 'network problem' error - guess my Internet connection went down for a bit so the download stopped - but what i don't understand is that there is no sign of the 70MB file that should be there. So I had to start the download over - same fucking thing.
WTF? Why aren't the partially downloaded files at least being saved to my computer?

Mutt they are somewhere in windows temp file dir

i checked the IE Temp Files folder for a 70 MB file and also did a search of my entire drive for any file over 50MB modified in the last day - nothing. If i had gone into a Windows temporary folder
that search should have found it.

i'll get a download manager but this just puzzled me.
