Between me downloading a song or two from a P2P vs. recording it from the radio?

Same with movies from my TV.

I mean seriously... I can record a song from the radio, movie from tv and play it when and to whom I choose... isn't that the same as downloading it from the internet... I mean, either way, the artist/company is not making $$$ from it.

Because the radio pays to air the song.

Nobody pays for putting the mp3's on the internet.

the difference is you wouldnt be distrubuting it to hundreds of other people

Actually, don't some artists pay to be played on the radio... I am sure not the big established bands... but the up and comming new bands....
