Hosted vs. Non-Hosted Galleries
I'm just curious about something. Aren't non-hosted galleries (where you have to find a place to put them up) better than hosted galleries? The reason I say that is b/c if you use like Russian Submitter or one of those other programs, you have to edit the html to put the recips up and you can't do that with hosted galleries, right??? Please let me know if my thinking is off here.

hosted galleries are for those who run TGP's and want to keep all thats made from the galleries, non hosted are to make and send to other TGP's

I'm sure that hosted galleries are meant to be posted by TGP owners themselves on their sites.

I think hosted galleries are not to be submitted to TGP's, they are only for TGP owners to use on their own TGP's. Doing so will probably get you banned
