if you are not on my list, and you send me a url .. icq doesnt let me see the msg, or that you even msg me.
if we are in midst of chat and you send a url, i will not see it unless you are on my list. needless to say, i have to add A LOT of people to my list just to have a convo with them lol and i get a whole lot of "why you ignoring me" or "well whats your answer?" and im like "wtf you talking about?!?" can anything be done about this? v2003a
