After a lot noice they admid to "non-service",
and that I should get a refund

But but but, by the previous owners of Neutelligent.
Because the account was setup and payment received there.

Guess that meens that they did not take over the
clients when they took over the company , NO ??

That is Rebekah . And anything before the sale is responsibility of previous owners. They collected the money. Simple business.
