Need calendar/project/task organizer

Besides Outlook is there anything else people would recommend for organizing projects and tasks such as design work, deadlines and such? Thanks

There is a lot of software out there that does this shit, project scheduling is very widespread, so try some of the url's suggested, they seem good to me
