AW Summit -

Here is my report from the first day at AW Summit in Bucharest 2025

Dugmor’s day was a high-octane blend of strategic business development, live technical promotion, and real-time logistical navigation—spanning events, transit, travel, and client negotiations. He delivered polished, high-energy discussions, showcasing his Instagram automation system built on real Android devices, 4G mobile proxies, and 24/7 operational integrity, while teasing upcoming expansions into TikTok and Threads.*

Later, he demonstrated his pragmatic, on-the-go problem-solving during a public transit transfer in a foreign city, interpreting automated announcements and debating optimal routes with others. This moment of confusion highlighted how ambient digital noise often intrudes on real-world decision-making.*

In Bucharest, he engaged in a culturally rich, intellectually curious conversation with a local guide, blending tourism with deep dives into history, architecture, and political shifts—while simultaneously weaving in business insights about automation, proxy services, and Instagram growth. The background audio during this ride—featuring digital marketing content—further blurred the line between travel experience and content consumption.

Finally, in a tightly focused business call, Dugmor discussed client acquisition strategies, emphasizing his Black Hat automation tactics, referral commissions, and the use of virtual debit cards for mass account creation on platforms like Tinder and Bumble. He revealed his pivot from New Jersey to Dallas, tied to his image *The Traffic Cowboy*, which helped cement his brand and operational footprint. His operations remain deeply embedded in a high-scale, low-trace ecosystem of phone farms, proxy rotation, and account farming—primarily serving Instagram and OnlyFans agencies.

# Key takeaways

- Dugmor is a high-velocity operator in the automation space, leveraging real devices (Samsung S20s/S25s), 4G mobile proxies, and fan-cooled server setups to run 24/7 Instagram automation with full physical device control.

- He plans to launch TikTok and Threads automation within the next month, signaling a strategic expansion into new social platforms.

- His system includes ethical safeguards like “slave accounts” and avoids fake followers, balancing scalability with risk mitigation.

- He values structured speaking engagements to maintain flow—highlighting a disciplined approach to public communication despite chaotic environments.

- A recurring theme: the tension between innovation and institutional pushback—evidenced by his reliance on Black Hat tactics.

- His business model thrives on partnerships: offering referral commissions for client introductions, especially in high-volume account creation (e.g., Tinder, Bumble) using virtual debit cards.

- He leverages personal branding—his move to Dallas tied to *The Traffic Cowboy*—to build credibility and attract high-tier clients.

- Ambient audio disruptions (podcasts, training modules) were a persistent, almost thematic presence—interfering with real-time interactions in events, transit, and travel.

- His operations are deeply integrated with digital infrastructure: SMS verification, scrapers, and proxy services are core tools for scaling Instagram and OnlyFans agencies.

- He maintains a lean, agile operation, relying on physical phone farms and remote control systems like Jesus Empire Automator, enabling rapid deployment and client onboarding.

# Atmosphere

A dynamic, layered atmosphere of professional intensity and real-time unpredictability. The day oscillated between the polished energy of a live tech pitch and the raw, chaotic rhythm of urban transit and travel. There was a palpable undercurrent of urgency—driven by the need to scale, secure clients, and avoid detection—interwoven with moments of cultural curiosity and personal reflection.

The constant presence of ambient, unrelated audio created a dreamlike dissonance: like a live performance playing over a looped training module, reinforcing Dugmor’s life as a constant motion between physical presence and digital immersion. Despite the noise, his focus remained laser-sharp—adapting, pivoting, and executing with precision.

# Action Items

Finalize and distribute invites for all upcoming presentations to maintain structure and flow.

- Begin development and testing of TikTok and Threads automation modules, targeting a launch within 30 days.

- Update the knowledge base with detailed technical specs on device setup, proxy rotation, and SMS verification workflows.

- Review and archive background audio from events and travel to identify recurring content patterns and potential sources.

- Prepare a client-facing demo of the Jesus Empire phone controller system, including free tier and upgrade paths.

- Draft a referral commission agreement for partners introducing high-volume clients to virtual card and automation services.

- Develop a client onboarding package tailored for Instagram and OnlyFans agencies, including compliance guidelines and automation setup.

- Explore collaboration opportunities with local Bucharest creators or businesses.

- Consider producing travel-based content that blends cultural storytelling with automation insights for future marketing.

Day 2 of the AW Summit in Bucharest*

Dugmor’s day was a high-octane blend of strategic innovation, technical mastery, and industry influence, spanning multiple high-stakes environments—from live seminars and trade show networking to behind-the-scenes business development. At the core of his activities was a deep commitment to scaling digital marketing through automation, particularly via real-phone infrastructure, 4G mobile proxies, and AI-driven content systems. He actively promoted Jesus Empire, a tool designed to automate client follow-ups and prevent lead loss, while also demonstrating his custom Instagram automation platform—capable of managing hundreds of accounts per device using geolocated, real phones and mobile proxies. His expertise was evident in detailed discussions on metadata manipulation to avoid content duplication bans, traffic generation strategies, and the integration of AI for creator monetization.

Dugmor also engaged in a dynamic, multi-layered conversation, where he explored partnerships with a team for advanced automation solutions, including Telegram and WhatsApp automation, SMS verification, and fraud detection. His curiosity and technical precision were on full display as he probed the scalability and real-world applications of these tools.*

Later, Dugmor transitioned into a live seminar setting, where he delivered a high-energy, hybrid presentation blending technical demos. His delivery was charismatic and authoritative, balancing hands-on guidance with visionary marketing insights. He emphasized transparency in creator compensation to illustrate revenue splits, and underscored the importance of authenticity—even within automated systems. His presence was both commanding and collaborative, as he encouraged audience questions and customized solutions for agencies.

The day culminated in a seamless blend of professional momentum and personal preparation, with Dugmor finalizing logistics for the White Party and a high-profile seminar, while also advancing strategic partnerships and product development. His actions were consistently future-focused, risk-aware, and deeply rooted in the practical realities of black-hat digital growth.

# Key takeaways

- Dugmor is a leading force in mobile automation, with a proven system for running tens of thousands of real phones via 4G mobile proxies to safely scale social media accounts across Instagram, Telegram, and WhatsApp.

- He developed *Jesus Empire*, a tool that automates lead and promotes a balanced AI integration strategy that preserves human oversight and team integrity.

- Dugmor’s business model emphasizes transparency and fairness, while advocating for honest, scalable systems.

- He demonstrated a custom Instagram automation platform that allows users to clone hundreds of accounts per phone, but stressed the critical need to modify metadata (cropping, flipping, pixelating) to avoid duplicate content flags and account bans.

- Dugmor is actively building the future of creator economy platforms, leveraging AI to generate personalized content at scale, with a focus on real creators and native-language engagement.

- His approach to automation is not purely technical—it’s deeply human. He values authenticity, real-world application, and team cohesion, cautioning against over-reliance on AI without thoughtful integration.

- The day’s events—seminars, trade show meetings, and behind-the-scenes planning—were seamlessly interconnected, reflecting a singular focus: scaling digital influence through innovation, infrastructure, and trust.

# Atmosphere

The atmosphere was a charged fusion of high-stakes innovation and real-time execution. At the AW Summit it was electric and fast-paced—buzzing with overlapping conversations, the hum of technology, and the palpable energy of new business opportunities.

Dugmor moved through the space with quiet confidence, his presence a focal point of curiosity and respect. The seminar environment was more structured but no less intense, oscillating between the raw immediacy of live technical discussions and the polished cadence of a product launch.

The background on digital marketing trends—created an eerie, almost cinematic layer, as if the world of automation and AI were narrating his own actions in real time. This dissonance between live interaction and commentary added a surreal depth, underscoring the theme of technology’s pervasive, often invisible, influence on modern business. Yet, Dugmor remained grounded, turning interruptions into teachable moments and using the ambient noise as a subtle backdrop to his message: that the future of marketing is not just automated, but deeply human in its intent.

# Action Items

- Finalize and send the detailed setup guide for the Instagram automator tool, including proxy configuration and metadata modification steps.

- Schedule a deep technical demo with new clients to evaluate integration of their 4G proxy and fraud detection system.

- Draft a pilot project proposal for a client campaign using *Jesus Empire* and the phone automation platform.

- Review and archive the live seminar content for future use in training, content creation, or internal strategy sessions.

- Confirm travel and speaking commitments at TES Prague, Venus Berlin and prepare customized seminar materials for each location.

Day 3 of the AW Summit in Bucharest

Dugmor’s day unfolded as a high-stakes, multi-layered journey through the heart of digital marketing innovation, global networking, and personal resilience. From the moment he arrived in Bucharest for the AW Summit, he was immersed in a whirlwind of strategic decisions, technical troubleshooting, and deep professional reflection. He negotiated a high-impact affiliate partnership with a consultant who would promote his product in exchange for an affiliate commission.

His day was also shaped by deep conversations in media and strategy: speaking to attendees on AI, SEO, and mobile automation, where he absorbed insights on real devices, wearable tech, and account farm. The key elements of his own business model. He engaged in dynamic conversations at the summit, asking sharp, practical questions about platforms, campaigns, and infrastructure, positioning himself as both a seasoned operator and a forward-thinking innovator.

His keynote presentation was a powerful blend of personal storytelling and industry wisdom, recounting his origins in digital marketing and the serendipitous meeting that launched his career—complete with a surreal anecdote about a woman with a glass eye and a swingers’ website.

Later, he participated in a high-energy panel on the creator economy, where he shared expertise on app cloning, phone farms, and ethical monetization, advocating for smart contracts and transparency. He reflected on the emotional toll of being a pioneer in a controversial space, balancing the glitz of the event with quiet introspection. His journey culminated in a mix of professional triumphs—networking with key figures, refining business strategy, and reinforcing his legacy—as well as personal fatigue, underscored by the constant demand of travel, constant communication, and relentless execution.

# Key takeaways

- Dugmor is a seasoned pioneer in digital traffic generation and automation, with a 30-year legacy rooted in early internet culture and real-world experimentation.

- He is strategically pivoting his business focus from adult content toward mainstream clients, driven by sustainability, broader impact, and evolving market dynamics.

- His affiliate partnership with a consultant hinges on a win-win model: commission in exchange for promotion.

- Dugmor emphasizes the use of real devices and 4G mobile proxies in phone farms, rejecting emulators and prioritizing reliability and platform safety.

- He is deeply engaged with AI tools but stresses the need for careful tuning to maintain authenticity and avoid detection by fans.

- His keynote at the AW Summit was a powerful personal narrative, blending storytelling, humor, and industry insight, reinforcing his identity as a trailblazer.

- The creator economy is evolving rapidly, with growing emphasis on ethical practices, smart contracts, and creator control over their finances.

- Despite the glitz of the event, Dugmor remains grounded, prioritizing meaningful connections over performative networking and long-term vision over short-term gains.

# Atmosphere

The atmosphere was a complex tapestry of urgency, authenticity, and quiet intensity. It pulsed with the energy of a live industry summit—high-stakes networking, polished pitches, and fast-paced exchanges—yet beneath it all ran a thread of personal vulnerability and resilience. Dugmor moved through this environment with a calm, grounded presence, absorbing chaos without losing focus. There was a palpable contrast between the event’s glamorous surface—red carpets, luxury accommodations, global creators—and the raw, behind-the-scenes grind: troubleshooting bots, managing team tensions, and navigating the emotional weight of being a veteran in a rapidly evolving field. Moments of surreal humor, like the “swingers” audio clip interrupting his keynote, added a layer of absurdity, reminding observers that Dugmor’s world is as unpredictable as it is driven. The mood was not just professional—it was deeply human, marked by fatigue, reflection, and a quiet pride in a career built on risk, innovation, and relentless execution.

I feel bad that I was not able to attend this year.

I think I've been to 3 AW Summits.

They are much more fast-paced then other shows. Very high-quality.
