There are a variety of Platforms that allow you to do some variation of this, but it really depends on what you are wanting to sell.
As an example, if it's a more mainstream style product, platforms like Gumroad offer a lot of flexibility and quick setup. Even PayPal makes it somewhat simple to get started. If it's adult oriented, like content Subscriptions, your options will be much more limited. Feel free to share a little more about your product is for better answers. Good luck!

Use an IPSP like Segpay or CentroBill. With any legitimate option you’ll have annual fees from Visa and MasterCard and they will have to put your site through an approval process. Or use a clip platform-
