Whats your secret to building high converting galleries?

In general:

1.) Good design. Avoid Geocities-looking design styles.

2.) At least (3) places that link to the paysite.

3.) Good, optimized images.

Dont show to much in the pictures - tease the surfer, make them WANT to pay more, to watch the whole thing

Make them *think* that they just have to see this site. Give them the impression that there's not another site like this one, anywhere else.
