They need to somehow implement the pay-per-email-sent system.
Like 5 cents per email.
That will tech them.

most likely would be. what would stop people from using an email service from a country outside of the states?

doesn't most spam come from places like china and russia?

well i for one DO NOT want the government to regulate emails

lot of the companies depend on legit opt-in emails
especially in the porn business,, freeezines, join4free, etc. etc

and you want the government to tell the difference between spam and legit newsletters?

believe it or not even 4Free sponsors get spam complaints

opt in is bullshit. it gives spammers a way to say, they opted into the list. sure there are some companies out there that run legit opt in lists, but most don't.

definitely not... most of the automated attempts i've seen to filter spam (hotmail, yahoo) are not effective at all, leaves the spam in your inbox and shitcans your actual email periodically..

i thought telling them to stop was a bad idea, it just confirmed that your email address was a valid target..?

I 100% agree.

And most of the 4free programs fuck surfers over anyway - even if surfer cancels they still send him shit and sell the emails to others.
