GFY Swimming Pool Experts?

So, our pool has different lights for the hot tub and the pool itself. They're almost never in sync, and it drives me bananas! Is there a system I can install to get them synced? I don't care if the old one has to come out ... it looks dumb to me:

those are pretty tricky..when i was building pools years ago we used fiber optic lighting that relied on a color wheel to change colors, now that everyone has started using LED lighting it is two seperate lights...your best bet is probably going to be to shut down power to one taking note of what color it is on and then turning it back on when the other light matches. i'm sure someone that is more up to date on technology can help better than that...i still have a few friends that build pools, i will ask in the AM...what brand are you using?

I have no idea what's in there. It was installed when we moved in. I'm fine with just replacing it all.

Pretty far from Daytona. More around Tampa. I'll check that system out, thanks!

Just keep your butthole away from that sucker pipe unless you want to get prolapsed real quick.

They work well in my butt, also!

I have two drains in this pool, so there's no danger there. Most modern pools are built without that particular issue.

I have a fight going on for Saturday, but would be happy to catch something else.

Checked them out, there are a ton of different parts. Anything specific I should get?

if you're just going with the lighting features an amerbrite replacement should fit in your existing light niche...and the intellibrite controller is the easiest remote. if you plan on upgrading to automated controls and chemistry assistance, you could get a better control unit now, such as the compool control. from there you can add features as you wish. there are other brands and cheaper systems out there, but in my opinion PENTAIR is king of the pool world.

Awesome, this is exactly what I needed to know! Pool is salt water, so the chemical side isn't necessary for my purposes. Have a guy who maintains it anyway. Thank you so much, man! Ordering the stuff up.

Before you go and replace it all try and find another solution. with lighting you can create a never ending issue when replacing something that was added at build. IF it was added after build it should be a lot easier

Ah crap, really? I don't want to cock it all up. It works great, I just want it in sync.
