How do these so called 3D printers actually work. I mean I can make a house out of cake and frosting that will be in 3D but I can't live in the fucking thing.

Unless you can fill your printer with human flesh it can't make a stripper, body part, or anything else.

They have some that print with living cells. (they've made ears and stuff...)

supposedly should be able to do organs in a decade or two... used that in my calculations for my estimate of 25 years or less till we can print strippers

It is more complicated than that. You need to grow organs (including skin) from stem cells. It is a natural process and takes time (cell division) to grow.

It is NOT possible to use a machine and "print" them.
