Just curious.
They have been pretty fast earlier with their usual "Everything's going fine, check on your side" stuff, but now they don't even return some serious issues like https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1098894 or https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1099396

Did I miss something or they just ignore everything what doesn't fit their perception of reality?
