My friend cant login with his login/passwd.. here's an error:

Wrong username or password. You have used up your failed login quota! Please wait 15 minutes before trying again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password?

he can recover password, but couldnt login.. is he banned or..?

Same problem here. Tried for hours to log in. Always got the same error.

Eventually tried the mobile site and I can log in there. The main site still doesn't work.

I just had the same problem for about an hour. Got a 400 error, then was told my password was incorrect (and I had used up my 5 login tries, when I tried once).

Reset my password, and when I put in the temp one, site said that was also invalid, and my 5 tries were up.

Just reset the password again and I got through. This was on the mobile and general site.
