A while back I read here if I am not mistaken, there was a website, where you get many designs from diff designers and that you choose one for a fee of course.
I cannot remember the site name or enough to be able to google the right one,
can someone clue me in please.

using it for the first time now and the person I selected to do the job not off on the vision I expected, made some comments and hopefully will get on the right track, a few forums have contest threads where you can post what you need with prize amount and then they compete in advance and then you select a winner, safer than just hiring someone hoping they do a good job, picked up some decent logos/headers as low as $25-$50 this way.

Not sure, but you do have the ability to keep your project private...so the public cannot view the images.
