facebook clampdown

I want advice from someone who understood a recent litigation by FACEBOOK on facebook of sex..

Facebook last year forced closure of teachbook because it was a social networking site for teachers.

Was FB of sex forced to close down because it had elements of social networking facility in there or was it the similarity of name in a site containing a subject matter that FACEBOOK dId not like or any other reason?

Does the recent ruling by US courts mean that all domain names consisting of words either FACE or BOOK therefore becomes useless OR only if that domain is used for a social network site ?

What about niche sites that are non networking and relying on paid membership , can they have the words FACE or BOOK within its domain ?

One can understand the risk or some obviously similar names such as facebookpussy but what of other names such as trannybook or facedickboys or datebookgirls , do they carry the same risk of clampdown by FB if these domains hold just our regular affiliate sites and not social networking type.

Easy: if you bought the domain because of "facebook" its likely going to be a problem...
